Nibblerz Mini Cupcakes

Ingredients:  No preservatives ever.  We use only flour, sugar, butter, baking powder, vanilla extract, milk, water, eggs.  Depending on flavor may also contain cocoa powder, natural and artificial flavorings such as strawberry, lemon, almond, pumpkin, carrot, pineapple, coconut, chocolate, and/or cinnamon. May also contain food colors, cookie or candy pieces and rainbow sprinkles.

Frosting:  Butter, hi-ratio frosting base, powdered sugar, cream cheese, milk and/or water, vanilla.

Vegan:  We substitute with Ener-G Egg Replacer, and almond milk.

Storage:  Refrigeration until served to keep frostings firm and designs in tact.  Warmer climates will begin to melt frostings.  If you freeze it for any length of time, transfer cake from the freezer to the refrigerator a couple hours prior to bringing to room temperature.
