Classic Violin Cake

Description

Ingredients:  Flour, sugar, butter, baking powder, vanilla extract, milk, water, eggs.  Depending on flavor may also contain cocoa powder, natural and artificial flavorings such as strawberry, lemon, almond, chocolate flavorings, and cinnamon. May also contain food colors and rainbow sprinkles.   Frosting:  Butter, hi-ratio frosting base, powdered sugar, milk and/or water, food color. May also contain cocoa powder (chocolate). Base: The base is made from poured chocolate, either white or milk chocolate.

Sugar Free:  Flour, Artificial sweetener, butter, baking powder, vanilla, milk, water, eggs, applesauce or sugar free pudding mix.  Depending on flavor may also contain cocoa powder, artificial flavorings such as strawberry, lemon, almond, chocolate flavorings, and cinnamon. May also contain food colors and rainbow sprinkles.   Frosting:  Butter, hi-ratio frosting base, , milk and/or water, food color.

Vegan:  We substitute with Ener-G Egg Replacer, and almond milk.

Gluten Free:  We substitute with Bobs’ Red Mill gluten free flour

Packaging:  Delivered on a large cake plate

Storage:  Refrigeration until served to keep frostings firm and designs in tact.  Warmer climates will begin to melt frostings.  It’s important to AVOID CONDENSATION from forming which can cause cake paints to run or cause water spots. If you freeze it for any length of time, transfer cake from the freezer to the refrigerator a couple hours prior to bringing to room temperature.
